Return and Exchange Policy


All items cannot be returned and non-refundable. If for any reason you wish to exchange your online purchase, please make sure the items must be unworn, have all swing tags attached and be in their original condition. We only accept exchanges for incorrect sizing within 48 hours of receiving your order, all exchanges are based on stock availability. The costs involved in exchanging the product shall be borne by the customer.
Exchanges that are damaged or dirty will not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. Details for exchange requests should be directed to info@kaie.co within 48 hours of receiving your order.
We recommend the items to be returned via registered post. Please remember to record the tracking number. We cannot be held responsible for items that are lost or damaged in transit. 
No refunds or exchanges on sale items under any circumstances.
We have provided measurement on every items listed on www.kaie.co, please check the measurement before ordering.
