All items cannot be returned and non-refundable. If for any reason you wish to exchange your online purchase, please make sure the items must be unworn, and be in their original condition. We only accept exchanges within 48 hours of receiving your order, all exchanges are based on stock availability. The costs involved in exchanging the product shall be borne by the customer.
Exchanges that are damaged or dirty will not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. Details for exchange requests should be directed to email@example.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.
We recommend the items to be returned via registered post. Please remember to record the tracking number. We cannot be held responsible for items that are lost or damaged in transit.
